  • A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider availability or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments and Financing

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept major credit cards, cash, and payments through Clover, Meevo, and other approved methods.

  • Cherry is available for qualifying clients as a financing option for payment plans. Financing is subject to approval by Cherry or its affiliates. We are not responsible for any terms or decisions made by financing partners.
